As an Intuitive Holistic Life Coach and Kinesiologist for 14 years and having experienced the depths of burnout myself back in 2020, I know how important my message of raising awareness and preventing burnout is, especially given the unprecedented stress many are facing today.
I was told by my GP at the time, after running standard blood tests, that I was totally physically fine and that if I were still exhausted, I’d need to go on anti-depressants for my mental health…. and in that moment, my heart broke.
Not for myself, I knew exactly what was happening and that I was completely burnt out. My heart brokefor the thousands of people that get told this message and end up on band-aid fixes that never get to the root cause and support them to heal their body, mind and soul fully and truly get back to thriving and loving their life again.
Knowing how much burnout impacted my mental and physical health at the time, I’m so passionate about bringing greater awareness to the signs and symptoms and helping people to take a holistic approach to healing their body and the deeply embedded belief systems that are often the root cause of burnout.
